Aga Khan Museum

And Ismaili Centre

A new addition to the Toronto architectural landscape, the Aga Khan Museum. The striking white granite building was designed by Japanese architect Fumihiko Maki and was opened in September 2014.

Right next door to the museum on the same piece of property sits the Ismaili Centre. Designed by Charles Correa Associates and Toronto-based Moriyama & Teshima Architects, this beautiful glass and granite building perfectly compliments its museum neighbour.

Between the two buildings is a landscaped park with large reflecting pools that create a very peaceful environment – and some excellent creative photo opportunities.
