ROSEHILL RESERVOIR
This park is home to one of my favourite pieces of public art, atomic-age, a sculptural fountain with some beautiful geometric elements that sits on top of the water reservoir. Unfortunately, both Rosehill and parts of David A Balfour park are closed until 2022 during a major renovation to the area and the fountain has been temporarily removed. However, the city does plan to bring it back as part of the rehabilitation project. It’s been out of order for years, so it’ll be nice to see it in it’s full glory again.
